La Giuria ha apprezzato questo intervento architettonico molto necessario e nel contempo poco frequente in questo settore, che sfrutta la circostanze per riuscire a costruire una nuova acropoli industriale in mezzo alla natura.
La Giuria ha valutato positivamente sia la sua relazione geometrica e materiale con il luogo, sia lo spazio della casa, costruito con gli usi funzionali.
